Dream Sales Jobs is recruiting for a client in the international travel and holiday sector. This is a full-time, on-site sales opportunity based in Hoi An, on Vietnam's central coast, a short drive from Da Nang.

This is not a remote or call centre position. All sales are conducted in person in a structured, hospitality-led environment in Hoi An.

About the Hospitality Sales Role

As a Holiday Consultant / Sales Representative based in Hoi An, you'll work directly with international clients in a hospitality-led, face-to-face sales environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct in-person sales consultations with international clients
• Identify customer travel goals and recommend tailored holiday packages
• Deliver structured product presentations in a professional setting
• Manage opportunities from introduction through close
• Achieve defined monthly revenue and conversion targets
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales process

Performance is measured by conversion rate, revenue generated, customer satisfaction, and consistency against monthly targets.

Sales Experience We're Looking For

• Strong face-to-face communication skills
• Confidence presenting to individuals and small groups
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions
• Resilience in a commission-based environment
• Comfort working in a performance-driven sales setting

Hospitality & Customer-Facing Experience

• Experience in in-person sales roles
• Hospitality, tourism, travel, or customer-facing backgrounds
• Demonstrated experience meeting revenue or sales KPIs
• Experience working with Australian or international customers is advantageous

Earnings & Employment Structure

• 100% commission-based compensation model
• Uncapped earning potential, dependent on performance and conversion results
• Relocation and start-up support discussed directly with the employer during the interview process
• Full-time, on-site contract
