Position Summary
The VIP Guest Relations Sales Executive engages directly with resort guests in curated, consultative settings. You will be responsible for converting qualified guest interactions into revenue while maintaining strict luxury service standards.
This role is performance-accountable and highly visible within the resort environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct structured, in-person consultations with high-value international guests
- Present premium resort, travel, or membership offerings aligned with brand positioning
- Drive revenue through consultative engagement rather than transactional selling
- Manage full-cycle guest conversations from introduction through close
- Meet defined monthly revenue benchmarks
- Uphold presentation and service standards consistent with luxury hospitality
Executive Profile Requirements
- Experience in luxury hospitality, premium travel, high-end retail, or resort environments
- Demonstrated success in revenue-generating roles
- Strong executive presence and polished communication skills
- Confidence engaging affluent international clientele
- Commercial discipline with the ability to manage personal performance metrics
- Professional presentation aligned with five-star resort standards
