Dream Sales Jobs is recruiting for a client in the international travel and holiday sector. This is a full-time, on-site sales opportunity based in Hoi An, located just outside Da Nang on Vietnam’s central coast.

About the Role

As a Holiday Consultant / Sales Representative in Hoi An, you will:

  • Conduct in-person sales consultations with international clients
  • Identify customer travel goals and recommend tailored holiday packages
  • Deliver structured product presentations in a professional setting
  • Manage opportunities from introduction through close
  • Achieve defined monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales process

Performance is measured by:

  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue generated
  • Customer satisfaction
  • Consistency against monthly targets

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong face-to-face communication skills
  • Confidence presenting to individuals and small groups
  • Ability to assess client needs and recommend solutions
